Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping Information

We offer standard shipping within Australia, at a flat rate of $5, for all orders.  All of our orders are sent via Australia Post's Regular Service and may take up to 2-5 business days to arrive.  Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

We also offer Express Postage for orders within Australia for a flat rate of $10.  These orders will be sent with Australia Post's Express Service, and take 1-3 business days to arrive.  Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

We also offer Standard Shipping overseas for a flat rate of $20.  These orders will be sent with Australia Post's International Service, and may take 7-14 business days to arrive.  Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

All orders for in stock products will be dispatched the next business day.  Please note that during busy periods and public holidays there may be some delays on postage.

All orders for Pre-Order products will be dispatched within 14 business days from the order date.

Refunds & Exchanges

We uphold the utmost standard of quality for all our items and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your items, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of purchase.  Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

refunds

You are welcome to refund an item for any reason.  To refund your item, please contact customercare@immokaleedesigns.com and state that you would like to request a refund.  You will need to ship your item back to us in original, unworn condition, with all tags still attached to be eligible for a full refund, minus any shipping & handling fees.  Your refund will be processed once the item has been received and deemed to be in original condition.  Please note that a refund will only be issued if the refund request was within 30 days of the purchase date.

exchanges

We can definitely exchange your item for another if you wish.  Please contact customercare@immokaleedesigns.com and request an exchange of product from us.  You will need to give us exact details of the item/s you would like to exchange for, including the style name, colour and size.  Please note that we unfortunately cannot guarantee that your exchange requested item will be available at the time of processing your return.  If this occurs, you can request to be refunded, or wait until the product is available again (note, some items may not be reproduced once sold out).  Your exchange will be processed once the item has been received and deemed to be in original condition.  Please note that an exchange will only be issued if the exchange request was within 30 days of the purchase date.

faulty items

If, upon receiving your Immokalee product, it is faulty, please contact us at customercare@immokaleedesigns.com and inform us of the fault.  You will need to provide us with details and images of the fault so we can rectify the situation, and deem the item faulty on our behalf.  If the fault is due to our cause, we appologise and will replace your item if there is stock available, or refund you upon receiving the faulty item.  For further details, please see our Terms and Conditions.

returns

You will be responsible for any costs associated with posting your item back to us.  We highly recommend retaining your post receipt for tracking purposes, as we are not responsible if the item is not delivered to us.
